- It depends on the gradient. A jack on a slope is genuinely dangerous, so we may ask to move the car onto the level part of the drive or onto the road first. If neither is possible, we will explain why and suggest recovery instead.

- We do, though access is slower and parking is scarce. Tell us the nearest side street rather than the venue itself, and be ready to meet our driver at the car. On those evenings the walk-in is usually quicker than the drive-in.
