Mobile tyres and recovery across KT12

KT12 is two jobs in one district. Walton-on-Thames is a busy town centre with multi-storey and surface parking, deliveries, and the constant shuffle around The Heart Shopping Centre. Hersham, a mile away, is village-scale streets and driveways where the work is quieter and easier to get at.

Both produce the same calls in the end: a flat found at the end of a shift, a warning light that turns out to be a slow leak, a wheel that will not come off because the locking key has vanished.

Walton Bridge, the A244 and the A3050

The A244 comes over Walton Bridge and runs south through the town and on into Hersham, and the A3050 takes the river traffic east along Hurst Road. Those two carry almost everything, and they queue badly at either end of the working day.

The practical effect for us is where we can safely work. On the bridge approaches there is nowhere to stop, so we would rather you crawled the last few hundred yards into a side road or a car park than sat in a live lane. In the multi-storeys around The Heart, height is the limit — tell us which level you are on and we will bring what fits.

Where we work in KT12

This district takes in Burwood Park, Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex, Hersham, The Heart Shopping Centre (Walton), Walton-on-Thames and Whiteley Village.

Whiteley Village has its own road layout and private lanes, so give us the cottage or the nearest green when you call rather than the postal address alone.

Questions we get asked about KT12

Can your van get into the multi-storey car parks in Walton?
Height restrictions rule out our larger vehicle in some of them. Tell us the car park and the level when you call and we will send something that fits, or we will fit the tyre on the street outside if the barrier will let your car out on a spare.
Do you work in Hersham in the evening?
We operate around the clock, and evening jobs on residential streets in Hersham are routine. We will need somewhere reasonably lit or we will work off our own lighting, and we keep the noise down on a driveway job after dark.
What if the tyre has been driven on flat all the way home?
Say so when you call. A tyre driven flat is usually scrap even if it looks intact, and the wheel rim may be damaged too. Knowing in advance means we arrive with a replacement in your size rather than a repair kit and a wasted visit.
